**Key Responsibilities**:

- To manage & update stock sheet on a daily basis.
- To manage and optimize Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) operations for the company's e-commerce business.
- To coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of FBA processes within the overall e-commerce strategy.
- To collaborate with logistics partners to streamline transportation and delivery of FBA shipments.
- To oversee palletization, labeling, and documentation processes to ensure compliance with Amazon's FBA requirements.
- To utilize project management skills to plan and execute FBA shipments efficiently.
- To monitor FBA inventory levels and implement strategies to prevent stock outs and overstock situations.
- To implement measures to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs associated with FBA.
- To analyze FBA performance metrics and propose improvements to enhance overall effectiveness.
- To ensure accuracy and consistency in FBA inventory management systems and databases
- To Research and analyze market potential in countries such as Canada, Europe, Mexico, UAE, and other target regions for expansion.
- To Evaluate regulatory requirements, customs regulations, and tax implications for entering new international markets.
- To Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute international expansion initiatives effectively.
- To Conduct periodic audits of FBA processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- To Continuously seek opportunities to optimize FBA operations and improve customer satisfaction.
- Act as a backup person who will handle all the responsibilities or a part of it on behalf of the person who is not present on a particular day.
- Maintaining office co-ordination: maintaining co-ordination and link between the department/person and the rest of the office.
- Maintaining confidentiality in all aspects on firm's dealing and working.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an operations management role.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
