Position: Medical Coding Trainer
- Good communication skills were identified as a mandatory requirement for the Trainer role.

Location: Chennai

Roles and Responsibilities: Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions.

Design effective training programs.

Conduct seminars, individual training sessions etc.

Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos etc.

Support and mentor new employees

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
