**About Qurex**

**Role**: We are looking for a clinical psychologist in this seed-stage Health tech startup.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. To counsel people through audio/video calls in the age above 18 years

2. Understand the problem and recommend the higher medical professional or procedure to users if required

3. To explain the steps involved in understanding the root and the level of issues related to sexual and reproductive health.

4. Creating content on Sexual and reproductive health.

5. Counselors are not expected to prescribe medicines / lab tests to users

**Education and Work Experience**:
1. Mphil in psychology is a must

2. MInimum 2 years of experience in working as a clinical psychologist

3. AASECT affiliated will be preferred

4. Sexuality psychology diploma or a certified course will be preferred

5. Deep interest in solving societal issues

6. Excellent communication

7. Basic knowledge of problems related to sexual and reproductive health like

a. Erectile Dysfunction b. Premature Ejaculation

**Key Competencies**:
1. Passionate and enthusiastic about working in a startup

2. Data orientation and collaborative mindset

3. Ability to create a clear roadmap by distilling varied/ambiguous viewpoints and dimensions

4. Great interpersonal skills and the ability to comfort the patient irrespective of personal biases.

5. Gender affirmative

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
