**What You’ll Do**:

- Develop responsive, user-friendly websites using **WordPress**.
- Convert Figma/PSD designs into pixel-perfect custom WordPress themes.
- Customize existing themes and plugins as per client requirements.
- Ensure website speed optimization, SEO best practices, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Collaborate with designers and backend developers to integrate APIs and dynamic content.
- Work on website maintenance, bug fixing, and enhancements.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and tools.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proficiency in **HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery**, and responsive design.
- Good understanding of **WordPress architecture**, themes, and plugin customization.
- Experience with **page builders** like Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg.
- Familiarity with **Figma or Adobe XD** for design-to-code conversion.
- Basic knowledge of **PHP** and **MySQL** is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- A team player with good communication and problem-solving skills.
