**Role Overview**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Analyze and troubleshoot** system-related problems, escalating to development teams when necessary.
- Document **technical issues, resolutions, and best practices** for knowledge sharing.
- Ensure **compliance with IT security policies** and data protection standards.

The person will report to the Manager - Application Support. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.

**Requirements**:
- **Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BSC-IT
- Interim Excel knowledge (Pivot table, VLOOKUP, Import Range, Functions), Google sheets
- Must have SQL, MySQL knowledge.
- Basic understanding of Bash scripting or hands-on experience in Bash scripting.
- Experience**: 0 to 1 year of work experience only.
