**Job Title: Sports Jersey Designer**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop new sports jerseys for Humming, with a focus on comfort, functionality, and style.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in sports apparel and incorporate them into - jersey designs.
- Work closely with the product development team to ensure that designs meet technical requirements and are production-friendly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective product launch strategies and promotional materials.
- Conduct research to understand the needs and preferences of Humming's target customers and incorporate those insights into design decisions.
- Manage the entire design process, from conceptualization to final production, while ensuring that all deadlines are met.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree in fashion design, apparel design, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in sports apparel design, with a focus on sportswear.
- A strong portfolio that showcases your design skills, creativity, and ability to work with different materials.
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of technical design and production processes for sportswear.
- A passion for sports and a desire to create apparel that enhances the performance and style of athletes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Flexible shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
