We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Delivery Boy to join our team at Eat Club in Mayapuri, New Delhi. As a Delivery Boy, you will be responsible for delivering orders to customers in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring a positive customer experience, and maintaining the highest standards of service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Timely Delivery**: Ensure prompt delivery of food orders to customers within the designated time frame.
- **Route Planning**: Plan the most efficient delivery routes to minimize delays and ensure timely arrivals.
- **Customer Interaction**: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customers are satisfied with their orders.
- **Order Accuracy**: Verify orders before leaving the restaurant to ensure they are correct and complete.
- **Vehicle Maintenance**: Ensure your delivery vehicle (bike, scooter, etc.) is in good condition, well-maintained, and ready for use.
- **Payment Handling**: Collect cash or process digital payments, if required, and ensure accuracy in transactions.
- **Safety & Compliance**: Follow traffic rules and maintain safe driving practices at all times.
- **Communication**: Stay in constant communication with the dispatch team for updates and potential issues regarding deliveries.
- **Health & Hygiene**: Ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness while handling food items.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Previous delivery or courier experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- **Age**: Must be at least 18 years old.
- **License**: Valid driver’s license for a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) and ability to drive safely.
- **Vehicle**: Own two-wheeler (bike/scooter) is preferred.
- **Language**: Basic proficiency in Hindi or English.
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to carry and deliver food packages weighing
- **Customer-Focused**: Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- **Punctuality**: Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to your shifts.
- **Knowledge of the Area**: Familiarity with Mayapuri and surrounding areas for efficient navigation is preferred.
