**Key Responsibilities**:

- **GPS Device Inventory Management**:

- Oversee the entire lifecycle of GPS devices from procurement to disposal, ensuring accurate tracking and control.
- Implement and maintain systems for tracking GPS devices, including serial numbers, firmware versions, and other relevant data.
- Work closely with the technical team to understand product specifications and ensure proper stocking levels.
- **Supply Chain Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the procurement team to manage supplier relationships and optimize the supply chain for GPS components and devices.
- Ensure timely receipt and accurate documentation of GPS-related shipments.
- Coordinate with vendors to address issues related to quality, lead times, and product specifications.
- **Inventory Optimization**:

- Utilize data analysis and forecasting to optimize inventory levels, preventing stockouts and minimizing excess inventory.
- Implement inventory control measures to reduce shrinkage, damages, and discrepancies.
- Implement and manage systems for the efficient storage and retrieval of GPS devices.
- **Technology Integration**:

- Utilize inventory management systems and GPS tracking technology to enhance accuracy and efficiency in inventory control.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate GPS tracking solutions into the overall inventory management system.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Generate regular reports on inventory performance, highlighting key metrics such as turnover, fill rates, and obsolete stock.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, and provide insights for decision-making and process improvement.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to the handling and storage of GPS devices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all GPS inventory transactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management within the GPS or related technology industry.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
