Job Title: Sales Representative (Part-Time Evening Shift)

**Job Type**: Part-Time, Evening Shift (4pm-10pm)

**Salary**: ₹5000/- to ₹10000/- per month

Evolve Fitness is a premier fitness center dedicated to helping our clients achieve their fitness goals through state-of-the-art equipment, exceptional classes, and a team of experienced fitness professionals. We are seeking a driven and passionate Sales Representative to join our team on a part-time basis to help us achieve our sales goals during evening hours.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome prospective clients to the gym during evening hours and provide them with information on our services, classes, and equipment
- Conduct tours of the gym, highlighting our equipment and facilities, and answering any questions that prospective clients may have
- Create and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly sales targets
- Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and memberships

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the fitness industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work evening shifts from 5pm-10pm
- Comfortable with cold-calling and making sales presentations to potential clients
- Knowledge of fitness equipment and programs is a plus

**Job Types**: Part-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

- Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
