We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our marketing agency as a Client Servicing Manager. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring seamless communication between clients and our designing team, fostering creative collaboration, and managing a dedicated team of five professionals.

**Responsibilities**:
**Client Coordination**:Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the agency.
Understand client needs, objectives, and expectations to ensure effective communication.

**Creative Thought Leadership**:Bring innovative and creative ideas to the table for client projects.
Collaborate with the designing team to develop strategies that align with client goals.

**Team Management**:Lead and motivate a team of five professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Delegate tasks efficiently, ensuring timely project delivery.

**Project Management**:Oversee the end-to-end execution of client projects.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the client's satisfaction.

**Client Satisfaction**:Proactively address client concerns and feedback, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Strive for long-term client relationships through exceptional service.

**Communication Skills**:Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Present ideas and project updates clearly to clients and internal teams.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client servicing within a marketing agency.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:
