Junior Embryologist

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Perform IVF procedures, including oocyte retrieval, fertilization (IVF/ICSI), embryo transfer, and cryopreservation, ensuring precision and adherence to protocols.
- Monitor and assess embryo development, grading embryos to determine their quality for transfer or freezing.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, ensuring a sterile and compliant working environment in line with regulatory standards.
- Document and maintain accurate records of all laboratory procedures, patient data, and reports.
- Perform freezing and thawing of gametes and embryos using advanced cryopreservation techniques.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and counselors to provide comprehensive patient care and clear communication.

**Qualification**: M.Sc. Clinical Embryology / Biotechnology / Microbiology
