**Position: Junior Legal Associate**
**Qualification: LLB**
**Experience: 1 to 3 years**
**Location: Mumbai**
- Handling Customer litigation, arbitration matters, Consumer cases, Cheque Bounce cases, & other civil/ criminal cases.
- Drafting of Pleadings for litigation matters, appearing before courts, Tribunals, Investigation Authorities etc.
- Keeping track of Legal Proceedings initiated by and against the Company and maintain MIS for the same.
- Drafting and review of Term Sheets, Shareholders Agreements, MOUs, NDAs, authority letters, share purchase agreement, commercial deeds and other routine agreements.
- Keep complete update of change in legal and regulatory requirements affecting business.
- Assisting in Legal Due Diligence of Potential Investee Companies.
- Should be aware of the various compliances under the SEBI Regulations as applicable from time to time.
- Keen on research on various topics, new procedures and corporate laws.
