Looking for an energetic medical biller to join our team. We are a fast growing medical billing company in California looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Gurgaon.
- Experience with Medicare, Medi-Cal/Medicaid and commercial insurance billing
- Ability to understand and interpret insurance policies and regulations
- Familiar with basic medical terminology, modifiers and ICD 10's
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to talk to clients and patients over the phone
- Work on denials, send appeals, demographic queries from data entry team and follow up
- Ability to call insurance companies in US and talk to the payors

The employee will mainly deal in medical insurance verification/billing for patients.
Contacting the insurance company to determine whether the patient's healthcare benefits cover the required service.
A good working knowledge of using computer systems and being able to speak in English is important.

Experience in Prior Authorization & Eligibility Verification in US Healthcare
