Key Responsibilities.

Supporting our clients on multiple projects on research and Analytics related to Leveraged and Acquisition Finance

i. Supporting our clients on multiple projects on Research and Analytics related to Leveraged and

Acquisition Finance

ii. This job requires working closely with clients developing investment memorandum, credit memos and

detailed cash flow models.

iii. Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to support potential deals

iv. Building detailed financial model for the company including historical operating & financial metrics

projections with detailed revenue drivers and cost assumptions, capital structure analysis, de-leveraging

potential based on forecasted free cash flows

v. Having an understanding of Term sheets, understanding of covenants, etc would be helpful

Key Tasks outlined:
vi. Cash flow modelling:
(including historicals and projections)

and implication of changing one variable on other line items
- Analysis of financial statements including Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow

Statement (incl. Free cash flow, funds from operations) of public and private companies
- Should be able to prepare CF from BS and IS and make assumptions for next 5 year projections of

CF
- Strong understanding of financial projections based on management guidance, company budget

and consensus estimates. This will include creating various scenarios like management case,

sponsor case, upside and downside case etc.
- Preparing detailed capital structure and debt amortization schedules, including pro forma

adjustment for acquisitions
- Analyzing the pro forma credit metrics like total leverage, interest coverage, fixed charge coverage

etc. Also understanding to make capitalization adjustment in such ratios

Kew Competencies:

- Post-Graduation in Finance or equiv. qualification (CFA, MBA (finance), CA or equiv.)
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills with experience in Client handling
- Should be able to work independently with mínimal guidance
- Should be well versed with MS Office suite specially Microsoft Excel and Power Point (extensive use of excel models,

word and powerpoint)
- Working knowledge of database such as Bloomberg, CapitalIQ, Factset, Thomson, etc
