We are looking for a warm, empathetic, and qualified **Pre-School Counselor** to join our vibrant early childhood education team. **Position Responsibilities**:

- Observe, evaluate, and support preschoolers in recognizing emotional, behavioral, and social development needs.
- Provide individual and small-group counseling for children dealing with issues like separation anxiety, behavioral challenges, or social withdrawal.
- Partner with educators and families to create and implement strategies that promote emotional growth and constructive behavior.
- Offer guidance to teachers on behavior management and techniques to improve student engagement and classroom harmony.

**Key Requirements**:

- Previous experience working with young children in a counseling or early education setting
- Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi
- Solid understanding of early childhood behavior patterns and classroom behavior support methods
