**Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

- **
- Looking for talent who masters in thought leadership articles, digital campaigns, social media promotions, and print/digital brochures
- Translating data and articles into compelling infographics, data visualization and comprehensive visual materials that influence and stimulate customer engagement
- Responsible for consistently upholding the brand, style, and template guidelines, and communicating any diversions to team leads, coordinators, and clients.
- Possess outstanding attention to detail, and take pride in independently managing brand adherence requests
- Working with clients to understand sketched data and ideas, and help transform them into appealing and relevant visuals.
- Assisting colleagues (researchers/consultants/EAs) in improving the quality of their client documents.
- Ability to communicate with clients to understand requirements.
- Work with brand, creative, and technical project teams to define and document requirements, overall user experience/interface vision on projects, and recommend strategically sound solutions to meet client’s business needs
- An ability to design user interfaces that present data to end users in a manner that feels natural and clear
- Managing a varied workload of multiple ongoing tasks including new function development and product maintenance.
- As part of the Creatives team, it would be your responsibility to learn any new plugins and add-ins on the go.
- Understand the audience and prepare designs according to the various market segments, business objectives and the end audience.
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of work experience in Print Design and Video Design Production
- Marketing collaterals: Social media infographics, Whitepapers, Brochures, Infographics, HTML Invites,Newsletters, video editing, and on screen presentations.
- The designer will work on Internal Communications assets such as any HR Initiatives and Events, Outlook Newsletters, Farewell videos and Cards, Illustrations, Employee Caricatures, PDF Forms.
- Strong visual storytelling skills with high aesthetic value for design.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to effectively collaborate with other designers and executives in different regions to provide creative solution recommendations.
- Versatile, self-motivated, well organized and pay close attention to details; able to effectively prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Understands the relationship between content, design and technology.
- The person should think out-of-the-box while working with the brand guidelines.
- Staying up to date with new trends and advancements in the design and communication industry.
- Knowledge and experience of using Adobe software is a must.
- Proficiency at grasping new technical concepts quickly and utilizing them constructively.
- Proven ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
- Education: Graduate/ Postgraduate.

**Technical Skills:

- **
- Adobe Creative Suite (predominantly InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop/ XD).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (especially PowerPoint).
- Animation, video-editing, photography/videography (Premiere/After Effects).
- Optional - Working knowledge of web technology capabilities such as CSS**, **HTML5, JQuery/JavaScript and SharePoint Development is a plus.
