
Back Office Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handling documentation for insurance, mutual funds, equity, and loan processing.
- Maintaining client records and data within Google Suite.
- Coordinating with financial institutions for account setup, fund transfers, and transaction confirmations.
- Assisting in portfolio reporting and back-end compliance tasks.
- Ensuring all client queries and requests are processed in a timely and professional manner.
- Supporting digital transactions via our E-Wealth platform (SMS, app, calls).
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports for internal use.
**Requirements**:
- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field (B.Com/BBA preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in financial services back office operations (freshers may also apply).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), and comfort with financial software/tools.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Basic understanding of financial products like mutual funds, insurance, equity, and SIPs is an added advantage.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
