Responsibilities include academic advising, career counseling, and promoting student well-being. They also collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to create a supportive environment for students. Key Responsibilities:

- **Academic Counseling**:Assisting students with course selection, academic planning, and navigating educational systems.
- **Career Counseling**:Guiding students in exploring career options, developing job search skills, and preparing for college or vocational programs.
- **Personal and Social Development**:Addressing student's emotional and social well-being, providing guidance on conflict resolution, and promoting positive behavior.
- **Collaboration**:Working with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student success.
- **Referral Services**:Identifying students who need specialized support and connecting them with appropriate resources.
- **Record Keeping**:Maintaining confidential student records and tracking progress.
- **Program Development**:Creating and implementing counseling programs and workshops.
- **Advocacy**:Representing student needs and promoting their well-being within the school community.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
