
Front Line Techanical Staff

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct on-site inspections, machinery analysis, and performance evaluations to recommend suitable lubricants.
- Offer troubleshooting support for mechanical issues related to lubrication systems.
- Educate customers on product usage, safety protocols, and maintenance schedules.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support product demonstrations and training sessions.
- Maintain accurate service reports, documentation, and feedback logs.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and technical concerns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings to provide informed solutions.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Prior experience in technical support or maintenance, preferably in lubrication, automotive, or machinery sectors.
- Good knowledge of lubrication principles, mechanical components, and maintenance practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a field service team.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software is a plus.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Familiarity with industrial equipment, hydraulic systems, and engines.
- Experience working with B2B customers.
- Training or certification in lubrication technology is desirable.
