Job Title: Education Counselor

**Responsibilities**:
1. Student Guidance:

- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to students to help them understand their strengths, interests, and goals.
- Assist students in making informed decisions regarding academic choices, career paths, and personal development.

2. Educational Planning:

- Collaborate with students to develop personalized academic plans based on their career aspirations and academic strengths.
- Provide information on educational programs, courses, and academic requirements.

3. Career Counseling:

- Conduct assessments to identify individuals' career interests, skills, and values.
- Guide students in exploring career options, industries, and job markets.

4. College and University Admission Assistance:

- Provide information on scholarships, grants, and financial aid options.
- Assist students in understanding the financial aspects of education and explore funding opportunities.

6. Personal Development:

- Address personal and social issues that may affect academic performance and career choices.
- Provide support for personal development and decision-making skills.

7. Educational Workshops:

- Conduct workshops and seminars on topics such as study skills, time management, career planning, and goal setting.

8. Networking:

- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, employers, and industry professionals to stay informed about educational trends and job market demands.

9. Record Keeping:

- Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions, assessments, and student progress.

10. Collaboration with Faculty:

- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other educational professionals to address student needs and enhance the overall educational experience.

11. Advisory Services:

- Provide guidance on academic policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Address academic challenges and provide solutions for academic success.

12. Stay Informed:

- Stay updated on educational trends, industry requirements, and advancements in career fields to provide accurate and current information.

13. Tele-Sales and Telemarketing

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in counseling, education, psychology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in counseling or career guidance may be beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of educational systems, career paths, and academic requirements.
- Empathy and understanding of individual differences and diverse backgrounds.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in counseling, advising, or related roles is advantageous.
- Familiarity with educational systems and institutions.
- Experience in organizing and conducting workshops or presentations.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
