Writer's Pocket is a publishing house in Vadodara. We publish, print, market and distribute books across the country, catering specifically to the younger generation of writers and readers.

**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Executive in Vadodara. The Back Office Executive will be responsible for back office operations, communication, and creating reports.

**Job responsibilities**:

- Making sales reports for clients.
- Processing customer orders, sharing tracking details, coordinating with customers for timely delivery, etc
- Sending updates to customers.
- Typesetting books to ensure consistency in style, formatting and layout before printing.

**Skills required**:

- Good oral communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Written communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
- Problem-solving abilities.

**Qualifications**:BCom, BA, or BBA

**Job type**: On-site, full time

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
