**Job Summary**

**Administration and Facility management**

**Areas Of Responsibility**
- **Admin Bills** - checking and processing of all admin related vendor’s bills including service entry / GRN, ensure timely payment to vendors. Control and MIS of monthly expenses.
- **Laundry** - Ensure the availability of defined quantity of garments in all blocks / department as per SOP. Cleaning of garments as per SOP and Monthly stock taking of all garments.
- **Housekeeping** - ensure proper housekeeping in / out of the premises, manpower deployment as per budget, availability of quality HK material as per SOP.
- **Bus **- issuance / collection of bus passes, ensuring smooth day to day bus operation, monitoring of bus occupancy and monthly MIS, surprise checks. Discipline of bus drivers and audit of buses as per safety norms and sharing details.
- **Capex **- handling all admin related capex activity like initiation of capex, ensure PR/PO and receipt of material, GRN etc.
- To maintain and ensure the documentation, compliance and integrity of the activities coming under administration purview.
- Any other task assigned by manager as and when required.
