**Experience Required**:
Minimum Experience of 3-5 years as Site Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Supervise and manage construction activities on-site to ensure adherence to project specifications, building codes, and safety standards.

2. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues or delays.

3. Resolve technical queries and provide guidance to construction teams.

4. Collaborate with project managers to understand project requirements and objectives.

5. Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task assignments.

6. Coordinate with project coordinators, subcontractors, and purchase team to ensure efficient workflow.

7. Implement and enforce quality control procedures to maintain high construction standards.

8. Address and rectify any deviations from quality standards.

9. Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

10. Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and milestones.

11. Effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

12. Identify and address construction-related issues promptly and efficiently.

13. Mitigate risks and ensure timely resolution of problems.

14. Maintain accurate and detailed records of construction activities, inspections, and progress.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

*Understanding of health and safety regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
