**Influencer Discovery**: Research and identify influencers across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn who align with the brand’s values, target audience, and marketing goals.
- **Database Management**: Maintain an organized database of potential and current influencers, including their profiles, metrics, and past collaborations.
- **Trend Analysis**: Stay updated on social media trends, emerging platforms, and rising influencers to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
- **Relationship Building**: Initiate and nurture relationships with influencers to build a network of brand ambassadors.
- **Campaign Support**: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute influencer campaigns, including negotiation of terms, contracts, and deliverables.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track and report on the performance of influencer collaborations, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, talent scouting, or social media management is a plus.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of emerging trends in digital marketing and social media.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
