**Job Function**: Operations
**Job Family**: Manufacturing Engineering
**Job Overview**:
Develops, implements and maintains methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies. Interfaces with design engineering in coordinating the release of new products. Estimates manufacturing cost, determines time standards and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines. Maintains records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations.

**Responsibilities**:
This role provides technical guidance to colleagues, anticipates process and capacity challenges, and develops effective solutions to maintain project timelines and quality standards. The individual is capable of managing multiple components of large projects, balancing time and resources to meet deadlines, and ensuring alignment with quality and cost objectives.

**Experience Required**:
Individuals at this level are fully proficient in most functional tasks and bring strong technical or professional knowledge to their role. Typically requiring 3-5 years of experience in the field, they are capable of handling complex assignments, managing parts of larger projects, and providing technical guidance to peers. Experience should demonstrate problem-solving, collaboration, and the ability to document and present complex information clearly.

- The role will start as a work-from-home remote position but will turn into a physical presence in an office role in Bangalore.
