**Responsibilities**
- Install, configure and maintain and troubleshooting software and hardware over the workstations, computers and laptops.
- Manage network servers and technology tools.
- Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure.
- Set up accounts and workstations with the official network and firewall.
- Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
- Troubleshoot issues and outages.
- Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewall rules.
- Upgrade systems with new releases and models.
- Develop expertise and get trained yourself with the new technologies.
- Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and follow the IT policies defined by the management.

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role
- Experience with databases especially in MYSQL, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management.
- Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery.
- Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
- Good Verbal and Written communication skills
- Professional certification in the field of networking and hardware will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of github and similar repository systems will be an advantage.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
