**Job Opening for a Senior Career Counsellor** (Females Preferred)
Great opportunity to join the ever-growing team of Gujarat’s Creative Education Icon eQuinoxx Creative Academy. Looking for **Full-Time Female Counsellors** to join our team.

**eQuinoxx Creative Academy** occupies a unique position in Animation, VFX, Graphic Design, Web Design, Digital Marketing, Creative Arts, Film Making & Photography training. It offers Degree/Career Courses plus Job Oriented Certificate programs and strives to provide the world with Talented and Creative Professionals. It is Gujarat’s largest creative academy winning many national awards and is the only Canon, Wacom and Adobe Certified Training academy.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
**Key responsibilities**
- Counselling process: Generating Leads, Attending Walk-ins & Maintaining Activity Reports
- Follow ups of Tele, Online & Walk-in inquiries & Making Conversions
- Achieving the defined Billing & Collection target on Monthly basis
- Student Batch Management & Fee Collection
- Faculty Batch Scheduling
- Sending Weekly and Monthly reports to Director
- Organizing Events/Seminars for new inquiries as well as current students
- Inventory Management - Inquiry Forms, Enrolment Forms, Brochures, and Books etc.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- Good communications skills
- Good personality
- Good convincing skills
- Ambition to achieve targets

**Benefits**

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 to ₹360,000.00 /year + Sales Incentives
