**Job Summary**:
As a Trainee Social Media Coordinator specializing in Video Shooting & Video Editing, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our company's online presence and engaging our target audience through compelling visual content. This is an entry-level position that offers an exciting opportunity for learning and growth in the field of social media marketing and video production.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning, shooting, and editing a variety of videos, including promotional content, educational videos, interviews, and more.
- Operate video recording equipment, ensuring high-quality footage and audio capture.
- Edit and enhance video content, including cutting, trimming, adding text/graphic overlays, and selecting suitable music or sound effects.
- Utilize video editing software and tools to create polished and professional videos that resonate with our target audience.
- Stay up-to-date with video editing techniques, trends, and best practices to continually improve the quality of our video content.
- Assist in monitoring social media channels, responding to comments, and engaging with the online community.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their video needs and help create videos that support their goals.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh and innovative ideas for video content.
- Maintain organized files and assets related to video projects.

**Skills**:

- A strong interest in social media marketing, video production, and digital content creation.
- Basic knowledge of video shooting techniques, camera equipment, lighting, and audio recording.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Creative thinking and a willingness to contribute innovative ideas to the team.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- A portfolio or examples of previous video shooting and editing work is required.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
