**Lab -1 Shift QC-CHEMIST (Immediate Joiners are preferred)**
- To shift handover and takeover (Communication on the lab internal failure and process failure / HOD instruction / Testing follow-up and General lab activity)
- To participate lab daily meeting
- To routine verification of instrument & equipment (if anything not found as per the standard, to be inform to HOD)
- To inspection of work In-process as per given quality plan / as per HOD instruction
- Raw Charcoal
- External GC
- Granulation (GC)
- Ex-Kiln
- Ex-Destoner
- Ex-MRS
- Ex-Screener (FT and By-product)
- Ex-Dryer

WTP / Boiler / Washing effluent water / RO plant

Stores scope

Stores (Packing material)
- To trouble shoot with operator / supervisor or PE / IPQA
- Granulation
- Destoner
- MRS
- Dryer
- To control of Non-conformance (at all related section / overall)
- To enter the results on-time in the related process log note
- Quality trend of the particular batch (particular shift) to be discuss with Lab in-charge or IPQA/ Shift in-charge
- In case of out of spec, to be discuss with Lab in-charge or IPQA / SI
- Disposal of tested sample / Used chemical container / Used lag note
- To maintaining lab 5S and House keeping
- To use PPE where applicable / To identify near miss / To subordinate safety
- Escalation matrix
- Lab-in charge or IPQA / Shift in charge

**Lab -2 Shift QC- CHEMIST ** **(Immediate Joiners are preferred)**

- Mixer Feed
- Ex-Blender
- Ex-VFBD
- Ex-Screener
- Ex-Crusher
- To inspection of Finished product as per given quality plan / as per HOD instruction
- Screening & Packing (FP)
- Small bag packing (FP)
- To enter the results on-time in the related process log note / FP test report sheet
- To check the extra analysis during product / process failure as per IPQA guidance until the product or process get perfect
- Quality trend of the particular batch (particular shift) if goes wrong or non-standard to be discuss with IPQA or Lab in-charge / Shift in-charge
- In case of out of spec, to be discuss with IPQA or Lab in-charge / SI
- Disposal of tested sample / Used chemical container / Used lag note
- To maintaining lab 5S and House keeping
- To use PPE where applicable / To identify near miss / To subordinate safety
- To preservation & Disposal of FP retained sample as per given SOP
- Escalation matrix
- Lab-in charge or IPQA / Shift in charge

**IMS Roles**
- To ensure that no health hazards and environmental aspects going beyond control.
- To ensure proper utilization of the available resource without wasting.

**Qualification**

MSC- Chemistry (Min 6months Experience)

BSC - Chemistry (Min 1.5yrs Experience)

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
