**About the Role**:
Future Ink Media (now rebranded to Acid Marketing) is a 360 Degree Digital Marketing Agency located in Bangalore & Mumbai. We're looking for a passionate and skilled Short-Form Video Editor to join our creative team. If you have a knack for turning raw footage into eye-catching, shareable videos for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:
Edit and assemble short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks, etc.) from raw footage into polished, highly engaging videos that align with project goals and resonate with audiences.

Stay on top of trends in short-form video content and adapt quickly to emerging styles, formats, and platform requirements.

Enhance video quality with expert color correction, audio optimization, and motion graphics to create dynamic, professional content.

Work closely with creative and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute videos that are on-brand and tell a compelling story.

Integrate music, sound effects, and voiceovers that complement the video and elevate the storytelling experience.

Optimize video formats, resolutions, and quality for various social platforms to ensure seamless playback and maximum engagement.

Manage multiple short-form projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high production standards.

Keep up-to-date with platform algorithm changes, content trends, and best practices to ensure our content remains competitive.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Proven experience as a video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in short-form video content for social media platforms (Reels, Shorts, TikToks).

Expert-level proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve) and familiarity with motion graphics tools like After Effects.

Deep understanding of short-form video editing techniques, including pacing, jump cuts, transitions, and optimization for social media platforms.

Strong knowledge of AI-driven tools for editing, voiceovers, and sound design (e.g., AI-based video editing software, voiceover generators, or automated sound enhancement tools).

Ability to tailor content for specific audiences while staying true to brand voice and maintaining a consistent tone and style across projects.

Strong storytelling ability with an eye for detail and a focus on maximizing viewer retention.

In-depth knowledge of platform-specific video requirements, such as aspect ratios, video length, and file formats.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, handling multiple projects with ease and adaptability.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with remote teams.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
