**Job description**

Gsource Technologies is a full-service engineering and design firm that serves a diverse clientele, including builders, fabricators, architects, product developers, land surveyors, civil engineers, and structural engineers. We utilize computer-assisted processes and technologies to deliver swift, accurate, and comprehensive results tailored to our clients' specific needs. We are currently seeking a Lead/Director for our newly introduced Steel Detailing and Structural Design vertical.

We are currently hiring Freshers with a BE in Civil Engineering and knowledge of Civil 3D and

AutoCAD for the position of Survey CAD Technician at Gsource Technologies. As a Survey CAD

Technician, you will be responsible for land surveying drafting on boundary, topographical, lot, and

block Alta surveys in the US.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Utilize Civil 3D and AutoCAD software to prepare accurate and detailed survey drawings.

2. Collaborate with Team Leaders, Quality checkers and engineers to understand project

requirements and specifications.

3. Review and understand necessary data for survey drafting, including boundary information,

topographic features, lot details, and block Alta surveys.

4. Create and maintain drawings that accurately represent survey data, ensuring compliance

with industry standards and best practices.

5. Generate stake-out coordinates and plot information for field crew.

6. Perform computations and calculations related to surveying and drafting.

7. Assist in the preparation of plats, as-built drawings, and other survey-related documents.

8. Coordinate with field crews to ensure the accuracy and quality of survey data.

9. Stay updated with the latest advancements in surveying technology and software tools.

10. Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality work within specified deadlines.

**Requirements**:
2. Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field (BE in Civil Engineering preferred).

3. Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD software.

4. Knowledge of land surveying practices and principles.

5. Familiarity with drafting standards and techniques for boundary, topo, Lot and Block Survey,

Alta surveys.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

7. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.

8. Good communication and teamwork skills.

9. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

10. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and surveying methods.
