**Stipend Range**: ₹10,000 - ₹20,000 per month

- Assist in the development and implementation of B2B marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging marketing materials.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Engage in effective communication with clients and internal teams.
- Participate in organizing and attending industry events and trade shows.
- Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to reach target audiences.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies.
- Actively contribute to the growth and success of the marketing team.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for marketing and a strong willingness to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Training will be provided, and no prior marketing experience is necessary.
- Basic understanding of B2B marketing principles is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Eagerness to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
