As we continue to grow, we seek a dynamic and experienced Production and Planning Executive to join our team.

**Position: Production and Planning Executive**

**Responsibilities**:
**Production Planning**:

- Develop and implement production schedules to ensure optimal utilization of resources.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand project requirements and deadlines.
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet delivery timelines.
- Efficiently allocate resources and coordinate with the production team to achieve production targets.

**Quality Control**:

- Implement and maintain quality control measures throughout the production process.
- Work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure products meet or exceed industry standards.
- Identify and address any issues affecting the quality and efficiency of production.

**Inventory Management**:

- Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
- Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
- Conduct regular audits to track and manage inventory accuracy.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Foster a collaborative work environment by liaising with different departments such as sales, marketing, and design.
- Communicate production schedules and changes effectively to the production team.
- Provide leadership and support to the production team to ensure a smooth workflow.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Operations Management).
- Proven experience in production planning and execution within the printing industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with printing technologies and processes.
- Proficient in using production planning software and tools.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
