- Creating technical drawings from architect’s sketches and specifications. ü
- Using CAD software to create drawings that incorporate building codes, measurements, calculations and other construction details. ü
- Entering CAD data into building information modelling (BIM) systems to create 3D models and renderings. ü
- Coordinating with the site supervisor and project manager well so that they can provide their drawings on time without any delay. ü
- Maintaining all the data properly in respected folders along with preparing charts, drawings and records with CAD equipment and conventional drafting techniques.
- **Job Requirements**:

- A bachelor’s degree or diploma is required.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to stay updated with evolving CAD technologies, industry standards, and best practices.
- Ability to adapt to changes in design requirements or project scope.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
