**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries.
- Explain products or services and address customer concerns.
- Maintain and update the customer database regularly.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines provided by the company.
- Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships.
- Schedule appointments or follow-ups when required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass or any graduate.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred.
- Good communication skills in [mention languages like English/Hindi/regional language].
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Excellent interpersonal and convincing skills.

Location: Mohali, Punjab
