1. Responsible and accountable for smooth functioning of the departmental activities as laid down by the HOD

2. Ensures technical and clinical knowledge, quality standards and practices are

complied, maintained and assessed when necessary.

3. Addressing to all clinical queries raised by patients/relatives and guiding

them.

4. Co-ordinate with Consultants in case of any change in medicine/dosage

etc.

5. Follow laid down protocol of the hospital

6. Complete all queries raised by patients/relatives and make a separate

note of it on a daily basis and update management.

7. In case of admission, counselling the patients on all clinical issues and

facilitate the patients for smooth admission in co-ordination with hospital

authorities.

8. To do all follow up calls of patients who got discharged on the previous

day and in case of any clinical issues, the same must be reported to

management.

9. To call all patients who have been advised procedures/tests during their

past OPDs by our doctors and giving them appointment as well as OPD

consultations.

10. Providing the information regarding the patient’s condition to his/her

attendant whenever required.

11. Perform other activities /duties and any other responsibility assigned by

the seniors.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,801.17 - ₹35,000.00 per month
