**Key Responsibilities**:
**Store Management**:

- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials or items.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and update inventory records regularly.
- Organize and manage storage space to ensure easy access and safety.

- Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies.

**Purchase Management**:

- Source suppliers and compare prices to get the best deals.
- Prepare purchase orders and track deliveries.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualification**:Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience in storekeeping or purchasing.
- **Skills**:

- Good knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes
- Familiar with MS Excel, inventory software, and basic documentation
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
