About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling and effective designs for a variety of marketing materials across multiple platforms. You will play a key role in shaping our brand identity and ensuring consistent visual communication across all channels. **Responsibilities**:

- Design & Creation: Develop and execute creative design concepts for a wide range of marketing materials, including but not limited to:

- Website graphics and landing pages
- Social media graphics and ads
- Brochures, flyers, and print collateral
- Display ads and banner ads
- Presentations and infographics
- Event materials (signage, banners, etc.)
- Branding: Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual communications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, content writers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs that meet objectives.
- Conceptualization: Brainstorm and develop creative solutions for marketing campaigns and projects.
- File Management: Organize and maintain design files, ensuring easy access and version control.
- Software Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in relevant design software Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Figma, Sketch
- Image Selection: Source and select high-quality images and illustrations for design projects.
- Print Production: Prepare files for print production, ensuring proper specifications and quality. 6
- Stay Up-to-Date: Stay current with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Adaptability: Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
*Influencer marketing
- Manage and coordinate with influencer marketing agencies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven portfolio showcasing a strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch). Specify required software.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience in marketing or advertising is a plus.
- Understanding of digital marketing principles is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
