Optometrist

We are hiring an **Optometrist Sales Representative who** plays a dual role that combines optometry expertise with salesmanship.

This professional is responsible for promoting and selling eye wear products and services, while providing excellent customer care and ensuring proper vision solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:Sales and Customer Service**:

- Guide customers in selecting eye wear that matches their prescription, lifestyle, and aesthetic preferences.
- Promote and up sell products such as frames, lenses, contact lenses, and accessories.
- Explain product features, warranties, and maintenance to customers effectively.
- Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

**Optometry Support**:

- Interpret prescriptions from optometrists and assist customers in understanding their eye wear needs.
- Educate customers about proper lens options, coatings, and materials.
- Ensure that all products are fitted and adjusted to provide maximum comfort and functionality.

**Operational Tasks**:

- Maintain an organized and visually appealing display of eye wear and accessories.
- Keep inventory records and coordinate with suppliers for restocking.
- Handle billing, payments, and manage customer accounts as needed.
- Stay updated with new trends, technologies, and products in the optical field.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Address customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and patience.
- Provide follow-up services to ensure customer satisfaction and product performance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
