- Billing Management:

- Generate and raise sales invoices accurately and timely.
- Ensure all billing data is accurately entered into the system.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to customer inquiries.
- Sales and Purchase Maintenance:

- Maintain detailed records of all sales and purchase transactions.
- Coordinate with the sales team to update sales figures and targets.
- Verify purchase orders and ensure timely vendor payments.
- Stock Management:

- Monitor stock levels and maintain inventory records.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate with vendors for stock replenishment.
- Reporting and Documentation:

- Prepare monthly sales and billing reports for management review.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of invoices, purchases, and stock movements.
- Coordination and Communication:

- Collaborate with the sales, purchase, and accounts team for smooth workflow.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and customers for order processing and billing-related queries.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, billing, or inventory management.
- Proficiency in billing software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
