All Projects (ICE & EV product Builds) - EOL process Confirmation: Ensure final quality check (PDI Static & Dynamic at Test Track), Sign off & Document verification - Vehicle evaluation in BSR" Purpose of the Role To ensure the Product and Process Quality of Proto builds all the projects (Passenger car - ICE/BEV). Ensure vehicle build process is adhered and track concern resolution finding the first level of root cause analysis Updates Quality dashboard - MIS reports for vehcile progression and sign off Job Responsibilities "Product Quality: - Responsible for Complete product and process quality of Proto builds ? All Projects (ICE & EV product Builds) - EOL Confirmation: Ensure final quality check (Static & Dynamic), sign off & Document verification. - Should have greater knowledge of Vehicle Static and Dynamic inspection. - Vehicle quality concern tracking, concern investigation, and problem-solving - VEHICLE QUALITY PROBLEM ANALYSIS. (EOL Test - Final inspection line, rolls, and brakes, BSR TEST, water test issues ? inline vehicle problem analysis). - Ensuring product quality ? Engineering parameters like Critical Clearance, Residual torque verifications, EST measurement, Vehicle 1D, GD&T of vehicle proto-vehicle build. - Strong abilities to find field failure root cause and rectification. Fitment, fouling, accessibility, and quality issues of each part Process Quality: - Prepare & verification of process documents (PFC, Control plan, Torque chart, Build DVPs, Clearing the Milestone process) - Review of Lessons learned implementation from previous projects and ensure the deployment of actions implemented in the current projects - Responsible and strict adherence for the vehicle build process - Preparing the quality documents and conducting the management quality reviews - Patrol inspection in charge - Process audit in the vehicle assembly line." Job Specification - Qualification - Diploma or BE in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering - Experience4-6 years with strong automobile OEM experience - Competencies Knowledge about Manufacturing /Assembly Processes/TCF process: Experience in ROAD TEST & Tuning - driving the vehicle in different road conditions & speeds b) BehaviouralTeam player with good interpersonal skills Initiative, Problem solving, Persuasive & positive thinking proactive, collaborative working customer focus Planning & execution skill
