**About The Team**

The Demand Analytics team in IT serves as the key driver for TI’s demand and inventory strategies. The team develops, maintains, and drives data analytics for critical demand and forecasting signals for TI manufacturing assets, impacts world class customer service and directly impacts TI’s bottom line.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide thought leadership and drive architecture and the design of Big Data Information Management & Analytics solutions
- Ensure effective design and development of system architectures through embedded Enterprise Architecture; employing effective governance methods for transparency and communication.
- Ensure compliance with security and audit governance rules
- Analyze multiple sources of structured and unstructured data to propose and design data architecture solutions for scalability, high availability, fault tolerance, and elasticity.
- Set architectural vision and direction across a matrix of teams. Develop conceptual, logical and physical design for various data types and large volumes.
- Implement Big Data systems in alignment with enterprise architecture and infrastructure guidelines and standards on prem and/or cloud.
- Implement security, encryption best practices for Big Data environments.
- Assist architects in the design and implementation of high performance systems with large volume data integration processes, database, storage and provisioning.

**Qualifications**
- MS / BS degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of experience as a technology leader designing and developing data architecture solutions. Experience in full stack and/or web development a plus
- 10+ years of experience in coaching and mentoring developers, architects and influencing higher management to drive roadmaps and induction of new technology driven by business value.
- 4+ years of relevant technical leadership experience in one of the leading Big Data Stacks, preferably in semi-conductor industry, in Enterprise Architecture and Data Management programs as well as influencing senior leadership, in a multi-line business environment.
- 10+ Years of experience in Java, python, C++ and related frameworks.
- 3 + Years of Experience with Big Data and NoSQL platforms and technologies, specifically hands-on experience with one or more major Hadoop distributions and various ecosystem components (e.g. MapReduce, MLLib, Impala, HBase, Spark etc.).
- 5+ Years of Hands-on experience with Spring framework including Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Batch, Spring Cloud Stream, Spring MVC, Spring Data
- 2+ years of experience in streaming platforms a must. (Kafka, RedPanda)
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics platforms like Data Bricks, Data Robots a plus
- 2+ Years of experience with Spark a must.
- 2+ Years of experience with Cloudera is must.
- 10+ years of experience in Defining data flows, i.e., which parts of the organization generate data, which require data to function, how data flows are managed, and how data changes in transition
- Experience in designing and developing high-volume mission critical transactional data integration solutions.
- Strong, in-depth experience in data modeling and experience with business intelligence systems (dimensional modeling, data mining, predictive analytics).
- Experience with UML modeling tools
- Experience in Agile methodologies like Scrum
- Proficient in systems, tools and metrics for monitoring data and report quality
- Proficient in reporting and data visualization tools
