Safety:

- Ensure a safe and positive driver experience is provided by answering driver calls and resolving their issues related to safety, equipment, and compliance matter.
- Support in adjusting and removing Hours of Service violations in a timely manner.
- Responsible for creating various reports related to telematic devices as requested or required.
- Maintain records of accidents, corrective actions, inspection reports, and other relevant documents for compliance purposes on driver recruiting and retention software.
- Ensure Abstract and CVOR are pulled on a quarterly basis and the data is maintained on excel.
- Track driver’s camera status and their walk-around status on regular intervals.
- Monitor the upcoming alerts on Samsara on a regular basis.

Promptly and accurately document details of all accidents and incidents after hours including date, time, location, and description of events. Report the incident to relevant stakeholders and authorities

**Equipment & Maintenance Coordination**:

- Assist the drivers in making service calls related to truck and chassis breakdown to the authorized vendor.
- Update the equipment repair and maintenance data in Excel.

**Recruitment**
- Monitor Carriers Edge on daily basis and ensure that the certificates are uploaded on the specified software.

Prepare and provide monthly report on Carriers Edge status.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
