Job Description: Full-Time Java Academic Faculty (3-6 Years Experience)

- **Help Students**: Be a mentor to students, answer their questions, and guide them as they learn Java.
- **Review Code**: Look at students' code projects, give them feedback, and help them improve their programming skills.
- **Lab Assistance**: Support students in computer labs, helping them with coding problems and practical exercises.
- **Connect with Industry**: Get in touch with professionals in the tech industry to bring real-world insights to our students.
- **Join Research**: If you like, be part of our research projects related to Java programming and software development.
- **Learn and Grow**: Attend meetings, training, and workshops to improve your teaching skills and keep learning.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: You should have a master's or higher degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- **Teaching Experience**: Teach Java for 3 to 6 years at colleges or similar places.
- **Java Skills**: Be really good at Java programming and know about things like data structures and algorithms.
- **Hands-On**: Have experience building things with Java, using tools and frameworks.
- **Clear Communication**: Explain complicated things in simple words so students can understand.
- **Helpful and Friendly**: Be patient and ready to help students who are new to programming.
- **Team Player**: Work well with others, share ideas, and help make our teaching even better.
