**Requirements**:

- **Education**: You should have a master's or higher degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- **Teaching Experience**: Teach Java for 3 to 6 years at colleges or similar places.
- **Java Skills**: Be really good at Java programming and know about things like data structures and algorithms.
- **Hands-On**: Have experience building things with Java, using tools and frameworks.
- **Clear Communication**: Explain complicated things in simple words so students can understand.
- **Helpful and Friendly**: Be patient and ready to help students who are new to programming.
