**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Write tailored proposals and cover letters based on project requirements.
- Understand client needs and work with the technical team to offer the best solutions.
- Maintain follow-ups with clients to convert proposals into confirmed projects.
- Track bidding performance, leads, and conversion rates in a structured format.
- Stay updated on freelancing platform trends, rules, and effective bidding practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any stream (BBA, BCA, B.Tech, MBA preferred).
- Excellent **written and spoken English** communication skills.
- Good knowledge of freelancing platforms like **Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.**:

- Basic understanding of IT services: web development, app development, SEO, digital marketing, graphic design, etc.
- Ability to work independently, manage time, and meet bidding targets consistently.

**Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)**:

- Prior experience in bidding, sales, or lead generation.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, project management software (Trello, ClickUp, etc.).
- Understanding of international client expectations and pricing models.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
