Role and Responsibilities:
Market Research:
Identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Analyze market data and report on industry developments.
Marketing Strategy:
Develop and implement offline marketing plans.
Manage campaigns across print, events, and direct mail.
Brand Management:
Maintain and enhance brand image.
Develop brochures, catalogs, and presentations.
Advertising and Promotions:
Plan print advertising campaigns.
Manage trade shows, exhibitions, and events.
Sales Support:
Collaborate with sales team on strategies.
Provide marketing materials for sales activities.
Customer Relationship:
Build relationships with key customers.
Develop loyalty programs and gather feedback.
Budget Management:
Manage the offline marketing budget.
Monitor expenditures and ROI.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in plywood or wood products.
Strong understanding of offline marketing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Preferred Skills:
B2B marketing experience.
Knowledge of construction and furniture industries.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
