**_Key Role's & Responsibilities-_**

Maintaining
- Almost Experiences in to manage 250+ staff on the site all of their roles, working operation, reporting of working on site, documentation etc.
- Act as the first point of contact for the Branches on a daily basis for transaction issues, improve better rate, customer’s complaints, cash collection, compliance issues, personal issues etc.
- Managing staff holiday requests, sicknesses, training, organizing the rotation for branches, floaters and all other ad hoc duties.
- Control money exchange daily (transfer currencies, get reports, place transactions etc.)
- Work together with Branch Manager and marketing department to prepare promotions for branches.
- Provide regular updates to the Branch Manager on ongoing issues and matters that need attention, focus or addressing including staff performance, facilities issues, and other matters as appropriate.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bhankrota, Jaipur, Jaipur - 302026, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 7 years (preferred)
