**Job Overview**:
We are a ( THE MADRAS MECHANICAL INSTITUTE ) trust-based institution looking for experienced and creative **Computer Instructors** to teach **Photoshop, Image Editing, and Video Editing** to our students. The role requires instructors who are passionate about teaching and able to deliver engaging and practical lessons. As part of our mission to empower students with digital skills, you will help them develop expertise in creative software that is highly relevant in today’s digital world.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teach Photoshop, Image Editing, and Video Editing**:

- Deliver interactive lessons to students on Adobe Photoshop, advanced image editing techniques, and video editing using industry-standard tools (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Demonstrate how to create, manipulate, and edit images and videos, ensuring students gain practical experience.
- Teach basic to advanced concepts, depending on student proficiency.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Develop and maintain a curriculum that covers the essentials of digital design, photo manipulation, and video production/editing.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital media and integrate new techniques into the curriculum.
- **Hands-on Learning**:

- Encourage creativity while adhering to best practices in design and editing.
- **Assess Student Progress**:

- Evaluate students’ work through assessments, feedback, and regular performance reviews.
- Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their technical skills and creativity.
- **Maintain Equipment and Software**:

- Ensure that classroom computers, software, and other related equipment are properly set up and functioning.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues when necessary.
- **Foster a Creative Learning Environment**:

- Create a positive and motivating atmosphere for students to learn and grow.
- Encourage student participation and provide support to help them realize their potential in digital media.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, image editing software, and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
- Previous teaching or training experience is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, understandable manner.
- Ability to work with students of varying skill levels, from beginners to advanced users.
- Creative mindset with a passion for digital design and media production.
