**Manicure / Pedicure Therapist - Job Description (DERMA SLIM WELLNESS)**

**Reports To**: Center Manager / Beauty Manager

**Position Summary**

A Manicure/Pedicure Therapist at DERMA SLIM WELLNESS provides high-quality hand and foot care services, ensuring superior hygiene, comfort, and client satisfaction. The role includes delivering professional manicures, pedicures, nail treatments, and maintaining DERMA SLIM WELLNESS’s service and safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Manicure & Pedicure Services**
- Perform classic, express, spa, and advanced manicures and pedicures.
- Shape, buff, trim nails, clean cuticles, and provide hand/foot massages.
- Identify nail or skin issues (e.g., fungus, dryness, ingrown nails) and inform clients professionally.

**Hand & Foot Care Treatments**
- Provide therapeutic and relaxation-based treatments such as:

- Paraffin therapy
- Exfoliation and scrub treatments
- Callus removal
- Foot spa treatments
- Use DERMA SLIM WELLNESS-approved products and techniques for all services.

**Client Experience & Consultation**
- Welcome clients warmly and understand their requirements.
- Offer expert recommendations on nail care and suitable DERMA SLIM WELLNESS hand/foot treatments.
- Ensure client comfort throughout the service and provide post-care guidance.
- Maintain a polite, friendly, and service-oriented approach.

**Hygiene, Sanitization & Safety**
- Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness of workstation, tools, and treatment areas.
- Sterilize tools and equipment before/after each client as per DERMA SLIM WELLNESS SOPs.
- Follow safety guidelines for chemical products (soaks, scrubs, polish removers, etc.).
- Ensure towels, linens, and instruments are sanitized and properly stored.

**Operational & Team Support**
- Assist with salon housekeeping and preparation of treatment rooms.
- Maintain an inventory of nail-care products, tools, and consumables.
- Update client records where required.
- Participate in training and skill-building sessions on new nail-care trends and DERMA SLIM WELLNESS standards.

**Required Qualifications**
- Certification or training in Manicure/Pedicure, Nail Care, or Spa Therapy from a recognized institute.
- 1-3+ years of experience as a manicure/pedicure therapist in a salon, spa, or wellness center.
- Knowledge of nail anatomy, hand/foot massage techniques, and hygienic practices.

- Good product knowledge of scrubs, creams, nail polishes, tools, and spa products.

- Requires weekend or extended hours based on bookings.
- Involves continuous interaction with clients, beauty experts, and center staff.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
