**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare **working drawings** and detailed plans as per project requirements.
- Create **3D models** and produce high-quality **renders** for presentations and design development.
- Assist in project conceptualization, planning, and design.
- Collaborate with the team on architectural projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and project goals.
- Support the senior architects in day-to-day project execution and documentation.

**Required Skill Set**
- Strong design and creative thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in:

- **AutoCAD**:

- **SketchUp**:

- **Photoshop**:

- **Rendering software** (e.g., Enscape, Lumion, or equivalent).
- Good communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and clients.

**Preferred Traits**
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and take on challenges.
- Attention to detail and the ability to deliver within tight deadlines.
- Portfolio showcasing design capabilities and technical skills.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
